These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and I-A.L. ("Developer") governing your use of the Profia mobile application. By using Profia, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Profia is a business management application for independent professionals to manage appointments, clients, and finances. Available on Android and iOS.
You may create an account using email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for:
Guest Mode allows limited use without registration. Guest data is not recoverable if the app is uninstalled or the device is changed.
Premium subscriptions are processed through Google Play (Android) and the App Store (iOS) via RevenueCat. By subscribing, you agree to the payment terms of the respective platform.
The Developer does not directly process payments and does not store payment card information.
You agree to use Profia only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Profia. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data of your clients entered into Profia complies with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
The Profia app, including its design, code, trademarks, and content (excluding your data), is the property of I-A.L. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without express written permission.
Profia is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. We strongly recommend regularly exporting your data as backup.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I-A.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Profia. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Profia at any time and delete your account from within the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of Profia after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
